Feb. 13, 2013 -- The State Board of Education will hold a one day regular meeting Wednesday,
Feb. 20, 2013 and a hearing Thursday Feb. 21, 2013. The meetings
will be held in the State Board Room, 2070 Twin Towers East.
The State Board of Education will conduct
a hearing for the Dekalb County Board of Education in accordance with O.C.G.A. §
20-2-73, relating to recommendations for potential suspension of local
boards of education for governance related issues. The hearing will begin
at 8 a.m., on Thursday, Feb. 21, and is open to the public.
