3/22/2013: The list of finalists for GHP 2013 is downloadable to the right.

4/1/2013: Finalists and parents of finalists: the Finalist Acceptance Form is due Monday, April 8.  If you have not received information about completing the online form from your school, please contact Dale Lyles, GHP Director, at the email address at the bottom of the right-hand column.

Note on alternates:

After the state-level interviews, all nominees are ranked within their area and finalists are selected.  If a finalist is unable to participate, the alternate next on the list is invited to attend.

This is not a common occurrence.  We encourage alternates who have other opportunities for the summer to pursue them.

GHP does not publish the ranking of alternates. 

There are several videos which explain more about what GHP is:

• 2012 Parent Orientation Video—This is the video we show to the parents at the orientation sessions at the state level interviews.  Notice that this is last year's videos, and the dates will be incorrect.
• 2012 Video Production Minors Video—This video was created by last summer's Video Production minors.  It shows more of what the spirit of GHP is like.
